Michelle Houlihan - Senior Mortgage Consultant

In 1992, while studying at Indiana Purdue University of Fort Wayne, I accepted a position with Pacific Mortgage. I quickly fell in love with the business of providing home financing and have been doing it ever since.

As a manager in the operations center for Waterfield Mortgage I enjoyed learning and overseeing all facets of the mortgage loan process including: origination, processing, underwriting and closing. The 10 years I spent in this capacity allowed me to become a top producer while originating for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

My husband Dennis and I have lived in Fort Wayne all of our lives and enjoy spending time with our family and friends. I have been a certified aerobics instructor since 1999 and enjoy teaching Pilates and Spinning at a local gym.

My goal is to use my experience to provide personalized mortgage solutions for my clients. With underwriting, processing and closing under one roof, the experience at Hallmark Home Mortgage is truly "worry free".
